Quality Bicycle Products, Inc. is seeking a Director of Compliance to set strategy and drive execution of company-wide compliance and employee safety initiatives. This role owns governance, operating standards, regulatory risk, and safety programs across QBP.

The Director will translate complex regulations into scalable operating practices, define decision rights, and ensure safety standards are embedded in daily business. Reports to VP Supply Chain and Global Logistics.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in compliance, customs, global trade, or related disciplines.
• Progressive leadership experience in compliance, safety, risk management, or related programs.
• Ability to translate regulations into actionable business plans and programs.
• Strong written and oral communication for diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the company’s compliance strategy and annual operating plans.
• Design and govern scalable compliance and safety programs with clear ownership.
• Identify risk within regulatory frameworks and provide executive recommendations.
• Lead and develop multiple managers of compliance functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into operations.
