Job summary

The ideal candidate will drive risk management, maintain product quality, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a scientific field.
• Minimum 10 years in medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day responsibilities of the quality department.
• Oversee investigations, CAPA, and change control.
• Manage QMS documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company as Quality Representative for external audits.
• Lead risk management in design and manufacturing.
• Drive internal audits and management review.
• Improve quality metrics like customer satisfaction and cost of quality.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to communicate quality focus.
