Job summary

Hunger Free Oklahoma in Tulsa or Oklahoma City seeks a Director of Communications & Engagement to lead our communications strategy, brand, events, and donor messaging. You’ll supervise a four-person team, partner with executives, and drive fundraising communications to support our hunger relief mission.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in communications, strong leadership, and experience coordinating across departments to amplify visibility, influence policy, and engage partners and donors in

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience or 12 years in a combination of education and work experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute organization-wide communications strategies.
• Experience managing websites, email marketing, social media, and digital communications.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the organization's communications strategy and branding.
• Oversee internal and external communications, events, and donor messaging.
