Job summary

Hunger Free Oklahoma seeks a Director of Communications & Engagement to lead the organization's communications, brand, events, and fundraising support in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. You will align internal and external messaging, steward donor communications, and supervise teams to advance the mission.

Based in Tulsa or Oklahoma City, this full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with some remote work, a collaborative leadership team, and opportunities to influence policy and community

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience in communications leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute organization-wide communications strategies.
• Experience managing websites, email marketing, social media, and digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a forward-looking communications strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee internal and external communications, events, and donor communications.
• Supervise development staff and support fundraising initiatives.
