Job summary

The role requires directing reporting design, QA, and change management, with a focus on accuracy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Analytics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Reporting and Analytics.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Health Care Industry.
• Clinical or advanced IT/Health degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior executives to determine reporting and analysis needs.
• Mentor, coach, and guide staff on financial reporting and analytics.
• Set goals and plans aligning with operating plan and regulatory requirements.
• Define reporting design, nomenclature, requirements gathering, and end-user communications.
• Lead quality assurance and change management for reports.
• Establish processes to identify risk areas in reports.
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality reports across the organization.
• Act as subject matter expert on finance and analytics topics and train others.
