Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking a Director of Academic Operations to lead the School of Integrated Learning & Development (SILD) within National & Global. The role coordinates day-to-day academic and administrative operations and serves as the Dean's liaison across IWU departments.

The director oversees licensure and regulatory compliance, clinical experiences, calendars, curriculum changes, partnerships, and STEP-UP initiatives, supervising senior staff and onboarding faculty and staff

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in an education-related, higher education, leadership, administration, or related field preferred
