JTM Food Group is seeking a Sr. Director for Non-Commercial Sales to lead all sales activities from lead generation through close in designated territories. You will work with internal stakeholders to expand the customer base, manage major accounts, and drive contract management with distributors.

Expect extensive travel, collaboration with Marketing and Culinary teams, and accountability for pricing, margins, and CRM deployment. You will mentor other sales managers and deliver on annual targets.

Formación

• Five–ten years minimum experience in the food service industry.
• Key Regional Account and Tier 1 Distributor relationships.
• BS Degree required.
• Extensive travel is expected.
• Superior planning and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Contract Management channels and major end users in designated territories.
• Leverage Tier 1 Distribution to increase number and volume of PL items.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Culinary teams to secure Non-Commercial accounts.
• Develop and maintain pricing and margin strategies.
• Utilize sales management reporting systems and Salesforce CRM.
• Set annual sales goals and monitor performance monthly and quarterly.
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to grow knowledge and contacts.
• Provide leadership to other sales managers through example and results.
