Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Director of Land Development & Entitlement in Salt Lake City, UT to lead planning, design and execution of large master-planned communities. You will oversee entitlement, engineering, permitting, construction, and turnover, while aligning with budgets and regulatory requirements.

You'll mentor a team of development professionals, collaborate with land acquisition, planning, construction, sales, and finance, and act as the primary liaison with municipalities and utilities

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of civil engineering principles used in land development.
• Experience in entitlement, permitting, and site planning processes.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
