Job summary

DRH Health is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to oversee Hospital Materials and guide operations to meet quality and safety standards. The role requires leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in cost-effective service delivery.

The Director will mentor leaders, coordinate budgeting, and coordinate with vendors and regulatory agencies to uphold accreditation standards and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital supply chain management experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• FEMA ICS 100, 200, and 700 certifications required (may obtain within 90 days).
• Knowledge of hospital supply chain practices and budgeting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Materials Management activities and leaders.
• Mentor and coach leaders on policy compliance, inventory control, and regulatory standards.
• Direct and supervise leaders in daily work and ensure coverage and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop budgets and monitor cost-effective service delivery.
• Improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction through supply chain improvements.
