Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks a Sr. Director, Estates & Special Gifts to lead estates-in-probate, life income gifts, and endowments. This role delivers expert gift planning services, ensures regulatory compliance, and achieves revenue goals across all streams.

The position partners with senior leadership to develop innovative approaches and scale programs nationwide. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in development, strong tax and philanthropy knowledge, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Experience closing complex life income gifts and trusts.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, wills, and financial planning.
• Proficiency with donor CRM and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead estates-in-probate, life income gifts, and endowment programs.
• Ensure revenue targets, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with National Director and Vice President on strategy and planning.
• Mentor junior staff and promote diversity and inclusion within the team.
