Job summary

The role partners with Sourcing, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, and other functions to promote consistent practices and governance across the vendor lifecycle. The Director will lead and develop a team, serve as a senior advisor on vendor management, and drive supplier performance, risk management, and value creation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in vendor management, sourcing, procurement, or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise vendor/supplier management capability.
• Knowledge of vendor performance management, supplier governance, and contract lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of an enterprise vendor management strategy, operating model, and governance framework.
• Establish processes, standards, and tools for vendor lifecycle management.
• Lead, develop, and build capability within the vendor management team.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align vendor management with sourcing, contracting, procurement, and business needs.
• Use data, analytics, and automation to improve vendor visibility and decision-making.
