Hively is seeking a Director of Enterprise Risk & Compliance to steward regulatory adherence, fiscal integrity, and internal controls across a $70M+ portfolio. You will guide cross-functional teams, partner with IT, Finance, and legal to ensure robust risk management and program compliance.

The role reports to the CFO, supervises contract staff, and drives policy development for HIPAA/PHI privacy, data security, and external audits.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, grant oversight, or audit in complex nonprofit/public settings.
