Qualifications

• 7+ years in institutional asset management, OCIO, or nonprofit investment advisory with time in business development.
• Experience engaging with investment committees, finance committees, and boards of directors.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution, growth, and client experience of the nonprofit practice.
• Originate and close discretionary OCIO and advisory mandates with endowments and foundations.
• Develop tailored value propositions and manage cross-functional collaboration to meet targets.
• Oversee client service delivery, retention, and governance compliance for institutional clients.
