Mercer Advisors Inc. is seeking a Director, Endowments & Foundations to lead day-to-day execution, growth, and client experience of our nonprofit practice, reporting to the Managing Director of Institutional Partnerships.

The role emphasizes new business development, client service delivery, and team coordination across national nonprofit clients. The candidate will drive the practice's growth, participate in business planning, and oversee retention of existing relationships, with fluency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CFA preferred.
• Experience in institutional asset management and nonprofit investment advisory.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close discretionary OCIO and advisory mandates with endowments, foundations, and other tax-exempt institutions.
• Build and deepen relationships with executive directors, CFOs, CEOs, investment committees, and boards.
• Support sales strategy with pipeline development and conversion; contribute to RFPs and finalist presentations.
• Collaborate with Institutional sales and MD to design tailored value propositions for governance models and spending needs.
• Lead cross-functional efforts in strategy, marketing, and thought leadership for the practice.
• Mentor and coach Endowments & Foundations team and shape go-to-market priorities.
