Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead product analytics across New Revenue Bets, including Subscriptions, BizAI, and XF APAC. You will partner with VPs and senior leaders to shape strategy, measure performance, and guide investment decisions with rigorous data-driven insights.

You will define metrics, synthesize complex analyses into executive narratives, and drive growth initiatives for Meta's subscription offerings while coordinating AI-enabled product measurement at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative field
• MS/ PhD in Statistics, Economics, CS, or related discipline
• Proven company-wide influence and execution on complex problems
• Ability to context-switch across problem domains (growth, monetization, AI products)
• Experience driving cross-org strategy and influencing leadership
• Thrives in multi-team environments with quick trust-building and influence

Responsibilities

• Provide senior analytical leadership across New Revenue Bets workstreams (Subscriptions, BizAI, XF APAC)
• Work with VPs and senior cross-functional leaders
• Synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights for executives
• Define measurement frameworks and success metrics for nascent revenue products
• Make ambiguity tractable for emerging business models
• Drive insights on subscriber growth, retention, LTV, pricing and PMF
• Partner on data strategy for AI-powered tools and ROI frameworks
• Lead cross-functional analytics supporting APAC market expansion
• Unify analytical voice across teams and propagate learnings
• Elevate the craft of ICs and managers through coaching
• Redesign workflows to leverage AI/ML at scale
• Model how ICs should integrate AI as a multiplier
