Job summary

Meta is seeking a Director of Data Science for the New Revenue Bets org. You will lead analytics across Subscriptions, BizAI, and XF APAC, partnering with VPs and senior leaders to shape strategy and unblock critical workstreams.

You will synthesize insights into executive narratives, define measurement frameworks, and drive revenue-focused analytics from growth to monetization while elevating the craft of ICs across the org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative field.
• MS/PhD in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, CS, etc.).
• Influence across the company with cross-org strategy and execution.
• Ability to context-switch across growth, monetization, international expansion, AI products.
• History of setting direction on company-critical problems and influencing teams.
• Experience in multi-team, multi-stakeholder environments with trust-building.
• Comfort operating in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments with undefined metrics.
• Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear VP-level narratives.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior analytical leadership across New Revenue Bets workstreams.
• Collaborate directly with VPs and senior leaders across the company.
• Synthesize analysis into actionable insights for executive decisions.
• Define measurement frameworks for nascent revenue products.
• Make ambiguity tractable for emerging business models.
• Drive analytics on subscriber growth, retention, and pricing strategy.
