Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Development Scientist (Director) to oversee scientific integrity, data quality, and clinical deliverables for Internal Medicine studies. The role may also manage, supervise, and mentor colleagues, driving protocol development, safety reviews, and TMF compliance.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, contribute to study design and regulatory interactions, and provide clinical input on SAPs and data collection strategies.

Competenze

• Experience leading clinical trial execution and data quality oversight.
• Ability to guide protocol design and amendments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with safety data review and regulatory documentation processes.

Mansioni

• Lead clinical execution of one or more studies.
• Develop and amend the protocol and related protocol letters.
• Represent the study team in governance submissions and safety reviews.
• Ensure development of SDV, SAEs, and safety narratives.
• Provide TMF oversight and document reviews.
• Mentor and supervise junior clinical staff.
