Premier Financial Search is seeking an experienced Director of Client Advisory Services to lead the CAS practice. You will shape strategy, grow the team, and deepen client relationships while driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting and CAS with 5+ years in leadership, and a CPA is highly preferred. This role focuses on delivering outsourced accounting and advisory services with a client-centric, growth-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting/finance/business.
• 10+ years in accounting and client advisory services.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and client relationships.
• CPA designation highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll tax compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead operational improvements and leverage technology to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction, growth, and strategic planning of the CAS department.
• Build, mentor, and develop managers and team members to support a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients while serving as a trusted business adviser.
• Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting and advisory services to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance processes, and implement technology solutions.
• Partner with firm leadership on budgeting, pricing strategies, and practice growth initiatives.
• Drive business development efforts through client expansion, referrals, and new relationships.
• Monitor department performance metrics, profitability, and engagement success across the practice.
