• Experience leading Central Sterile Processing or sterile services in a hospital setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, develop long-range plans, and supervise managers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Central Sterile Processing department and manage budgets and staff.
• Interact with surgical, clinical, infection prevention, and supply chain leaders to improve performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets; prepare monthly budget variance reports for leadership.
• Promote optimal service management and maintain accurate position descriptions and performance standards.
• Represent the Central Sterile Processing function in hospital committees and cross-department initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures and support talent development for subordinates.
