Qualifications

• Extensive experience in program and project management within biopharma or CDMO environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site programs and governance structures.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Project Management groups with tools and best practices.
• Track and report progress on technology transformation initiatives.
• Establish governance meetings across the transformation portfolio.
• Support in designing enterprise business processes and governance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement culture through structured program management.
