The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, coordinating with leadership, Finance, HR, brokers, actuaries, and outside providers; in a hybrid setup, 3 days in the office, enabling direct ownership of critical processes and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required and 10+ years of benefits leadership experience.
• Proven governance of 401(k), profit sharing, and cash balance plans.
• Strong communication and ability to convey complex information to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee benefits, retirement, leaves, and insurance programs across the firm.
• Lead vendor management, renewals, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate audits, Form 5500 filings, and fiduciary governance.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses for benefits.
• Provide clear partner and leadership guidance on plan provisions.
