Qualifikationen

• FOUR (4)+ years of relevant experience in research, analysis, due diligence, investigations, intelligence, assessments, consulting, finance, technology, policy, or related fields.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance.
• Demonstrated experience conducting analytical research, assessing complex issues, and producing actionable findings, assessments, and recommendations.
• Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary environments and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders, technical experts, operational stakeholders, or external partners.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Affairs, Political Science, Intelligence Studies, Engineering, Science, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Conduct technical, ownership and organizational due diligence activities to assess technologies, investment opportunities, ownership structures, business relationships, leadership teams, operational risks, and eligible buyer considerations that may affect investment and strategic outcomes.
• Evaluate founder and executive capabilities, manufacturing capacity, supply chain dependencies, growth assumptions, investor realization pathways, and organizational performance indicators to support investment and strategic decision-making.
• Perform domestic and international research, including foreign-language source analysis, ownership investigations, relationship mapping, source validation, and information-sharing activities in accordance with applicable governance requirements and information-handling restrictions.
• Produce written assessments, reports, and recommendations that clearly communicate findings, confidence levels, risks, opportunities, and potential implications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support technical, operational, financial, ownership, leadership, and organizational evaluations.
• Maintain thorough documentation, analytical rigor, and auditable research practices while supporting continuous improvement of diligence methodologies and processes.
