Job summary

Datavant, a data collaboration platform for healthcare, is seeking a Digital Operations professional to lead implementation, execution, and support of our digital products. You will coordinate projects with Clients Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to deliver successful client outcomes.

You will manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity programs, gather requirements, support onboarding, track milestones, and help drive data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or related fields.
• 3-6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or supporting client implementations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging technical, operational, and client stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Ability to learn healthcare workflows and digital product capabilities quickly.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional teamwork experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of digital products by coordinating project activities and tracking milestones.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects to ensure timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with clients to understand requirements and support onboarding and implementation activities.
• Assist with data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis to drive informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to resolve issues and improve client outcomes.
• Identify risks and opportunities within projects and escalate to drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and optimize workflows and tools.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge sharing to improve team effectiveness.
• Build expertise in digital program operations and Datavant products to support customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives for product and program growth.
