Job summary

Gap International in the Philadelphia area seeks a Digital Product Program Manager to oversee the development and management of our digital product portfolio. You will align product development with business objectives, inform stakeholders, and drive timely delivery while scaling and supporting products for clients.

You will own product ownership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement repeatable processes for design, implementation, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software development processes, digital product design, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Potential travel domestically and/or internationally.
• Current resident or able to relocate to the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

• Program and Project Management: Oversee all aspects of digital product development and maintenance, ensuring the development team delivers within budget and timeline.
• Product Development: Lead the development and lifecycle of digital products, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timely delivery.
• Client and Consultant Experience: Own the customer experience for digital products and manage licensing and consultant enablement.
