Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Project management, analytics, product, or negotiation training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Digital Partnership Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities that expand digital demand, improve customer access, deepen member engagement, or unlock partner‑funded growth.
• Partner Management: Own day‑to‑day management of assigned strategic partners, including governance routines, business reviews, issue resolution, performance tracking, and growth planning.
• Agentic Commerce and New Digital Channels: Support partnerships across emerging AI, search, marketplace, catalog, and checkout surfaces.
• Marketplace and Delivery Enablement: Improve integration performance, order flow, service quality, and customer experience with partners.
• Loyalty and Growth Programs: Develop partner‑funded concepts for Gold Pass, 7NOW, 7Rewards and 7Cash, digital offers, and member acquisition/retention.
• Analytics and Scorecards: Build and maintain partner scorecards tracking sales, traffic, conversion, order volume, and ROI.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: Coordinate Product, Technology, Marketing, Loyalty, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and partner teams.
• Commercial Execution: Support negotiations, term‑sheet development, renewal planning, financial analysis, and executive‑ready recommendations.
• Operating Discipline: Create project plans, ownership maps, meeting cadences, launch checklists, and escalation paths.
• Executive Communication: Prepare concise updates, business cases, and decision materials for senior leadership and partner executives.
