You will identify opportunities, translate needs into requirements, drive adoption of digital solutions, and align initiatives with enterprise priorities.

The role combines relationship management, business analysis, process improvement, reporting, automation, and AI enablement, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in digital business partnership, business analysis, product management, or related.
• Able to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where technology, data, reporting, automation, and AI can improve outcomes.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams and drive adoption of solutions.
• Develop digital roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities and maintain strong partnerships across the organization.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements while helping stakeholders prioritize work by value.
