This onsite role leads the practical adoption of AI across WesTech, guiding business units to identify, develop, scale, and govern high-value AI use cases. The position focuses on building organizational capability, removing barriers, coordinating execution, and aligning AI initiatives with WesTech’s governance and long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, engineering, or analytics.
• 5+ years leading technology, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with business and tech stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and change-leadership skills.
• Ability to move ambiguous ideas to defined outcomes and execution.
• Knowledge of generative AI, automation, and data-driven solutions; awareness of risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI roadmap and translate strategy into initiatives.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and customer experiences.
• Prioritize AI investments based on value, feasibility, risk, and readiness.
• Track adoption, benefits realization, and program progress.
• Partner with Sales, Products, Solutions, and Supply Chain to drive AI adoption.
• Coordinate governance and ensure responsible AI use.
