Girls on the Run Worcester County is seeking a Development Manager to lead fund development efforts for a nonprofit focused on youth. The role partners with the Executive Director to expand individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, campaigns, and events.

The Development Manager will build donor pipelines, manage fundraising data, and help secure sustainable resources to advance the mission and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fundraising or development in a nonprofit setting.
• Experience in campaigns, grants, or events.
• Ability to build relationships with donors, sponsors and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of fundraising activities and events.
