Girls on the Run Worcester County is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. We inspire participants to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. As a physical activity-based positive youth development program, our evidence-based curriculum is designed to enhance girls’ social, psychological and physical skills and behaviors to successfully navigate life experiences. In partnership with the Executive Director and other organizational leaders, this position develops and implements fund development strategies across areas such as individual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, fundraising campaigns, and special events.
