Job summary

S&B USA Concessions is seeking a Head of Development to drive and manage P3 transactions in the US market. You will identify, develop, and secure opportunities across roads, transit, rail, and related sectors, leading cross-functional teams through negotiations and approvals.

The role emphasizes strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills, with responsibility for coordinating complex project documents and interfacing with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of substantial and relevant transactional experience in infrastructure, transportation, public procurement, and financing matters.
• Strong drafting, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct bid development activities for pursuing US P3 opportunities.
• Coordinate review and negotiation of concession, design and construction, financing and shareholder agreements.
• Prepare board materials and internal presentations for legal and commercial activities.
• Liaise with clients, partners, financiers and advisors on opportunities.
