Job summary

Ensemble Studio Theatre (EST) in Hell’s Kitchen is seeking a dynamic Development Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of all fundraising activities. You will work with the Interim Transition Manager, Donorly consultants, and the Marketing Team to expand funded support across individuals, institutions, and government or corporate sources.

EST aims to raise approximately $1.3 million in annual contributed revenue within a $1.9 million operating budget while advancing its mission,

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic planning and execution of fundraising campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate with management and consultants.
• Experience with donor stewardship and grant writing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns across individuals, institutions, government and corporate giving.
• Collaborate with the Interim Transition Manager, Development Consultants (Donorly) and Marketing Team.
• Help manage approximately $1.3M in annual contributed revenue within EST's $1.9M budget.
