Job summary

College of Eastern Idaho seeks an Executive Director of Development and CEI Foundation to lead college-wide fundraising and serve as executive director of the Foundation. The role focuses on strategy, donor engagement, and governance, reporting to College leadership and Foundation boards.

The successful candidate will be highly relational with proven fundraising success, strong communication, and ethical stewardship. Excellent collaboration with partners and boards is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in fundraising or related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• CFRE credential is desirable for leadership in philanthropy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with CEI's priorities.
• Lead Foundation and College partnerships and donor engagement.
• Oversee governance support, financial stewardship, and reporting to leadership.
