Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, or similar.
• At least ten years' responsibility in development and communications leadership.
• Three years of supervisory and team leadership experience.
• Proven success in securing major gifts and annual giving strategies.
• Proficiency with email, CMS, and digital/social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads fundraising strategy to support growth and revenue goals.
• Oversees portfolio management, metrics, and donor engagement.
• Manages major gifts and corporate prospects with targeted plans.
• Leads annual giving, major gifts, capital campaigns, and sponsorships.
• Partners with leadership to engage major gift prospects and donor stewardship.
• Represents the organization to donors and community partners to expand support.
• Directs communications, public relations, and marketing to strengthen brand.
