Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst (Assistant) to support the Chief Development Officer and the corporate development team in Morris Plains, NJ. You will conduct market research, build business cases, and prepare executive-level presentations and reports for leadership, investors, and partners.

The role emphasizes AI-powered productivity, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, strategy, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in business development, strategy, marketing, finance, executive support, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with the ability to prepare presentations and manage data.
Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar productivity platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develop AI-driven insights and executive-ready presentations.
Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and project milestones.
Provide admin support to the Chief Development Officer and leadership team.
