Job summary

InterDigital seeks an Analyst to support the Corporate Development and Strategy team in Conshohocken. You will help with company and market intelligence, financial modeling and analysis, business development and M&A transaction support.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools. You will work independently to define project requirements and develop creative solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience, recent graduates considered.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to support work products.
• Experience managing business initiatives through to completion and handling multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in technology preferred.
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of corporate strategy and development projects with ownership of key aspects.
• Conduct in-depth market and customer analysis including product and technology offerings, market size and trends, competitive landscape and business models.
• Synthesize information from various sources to support the business analyses.
• Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects and own select workstreams.
• Support corporate M&A activities including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution and integration.
• Perform financial analysis including valuation and market forecast models.
• Synthesize data and develop recommendations to enable decision making and craft management presentations.
• Assist in developing business cases supporting growth and partnership opportunities in new markets and tech areas.
