Job summary

Yale University seeks a Director of Development & Alumni Affairs for the DGSD/YRT to lead fundraising strategy and campaigns, including annual giving, major gifts, endowment, and capital campaigns, in partnership with university leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising strategy and annual giving programs for DGSD/YRT.
  • Design and manage major gifts, endowment, and capital campaigns.
  • Oversee donor lifecycle from identification to stewardship.
  • Set targets for revenue, participation, and activity.
  • Build alumni engagement and manage events and communications.
  • Mentor the development team and coordinate faculty/staff.
