Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to personally solicit unrestricted gifts and manage volunteers.
• Excellent persuasive writing skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven advanced Excel and CRM database skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and solicit a portfolio of Alumni Fund donors and volunteers for renewals and upgrades.
• Organize major campaigns and donor stewardship activities for Yale SOM Alumni Fund.
• Analyze Yale donor data to inform segmentation and communications.
• Prepare annual donor rolls and stewardship reports.
