Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems and data-informed engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans for high-potential donors and alumni.
Lead data-informed fundraising and alumni engagement strategies to increase donor participation and revenue.
Supervise and guide development staff to achieve annual fundraising goals.
Monitor portfolio activity and report progress toward fundraising benchmarks.
Collaborate with campus departments and volunteers to create meaningful alumni participation opportunities.
