Job summary

Core One seeks a senior intelligence professional to coordinate overseas offices, provide strategic guidance on active cases, and conduct comprehensive intelligence research from multiple sources.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Poly, strong briefing and writing skills, and the ability to work across teams and independently in a high-security environment to brief senior leadership with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with sponsor messaging and classified databases, including specific targeting tools.
• Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.
• Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest.
• Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group.
• Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a comprehensive range of operational and administrative support activities.
• Act as the primary liaison for overseas offices, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Provide operational oversight and strategic guidance for active cases and ongoing initiatives.
• Develop and recommend courses of action to support operational planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate legal, regulatory, and policy matters impacting operational cases and international offices.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of existing cases, producing intelligence assessments from multiple classified and open-source information streams.
• Prepare and deliver concise, high-impact briefings and recommendations to senior leadership and key decision-makers.
