You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering to meet objectives, performance metrics, and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, planning, scheduling and communication skills; KPI and risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Demand Planning including forecasting and capacity analysis.
• Assist Sales in evaluating opportunities and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Develop and analyze schedules, critical paths, and program risks.
• Collect and analyze historical/current project performance data to improve planning and costing.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage internal and customer escalations, RCA and 8D processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate program KPIs in leadership reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for customer specification management and cost controls.
• Support Customer Business Reviews and executive communications.
• Coordinate inquiries, active program issues, and vendor management.
• Provide project management coverage for active projects when required.
• Assume Program Manager responsibilities during absences to maintain continuity.
