Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support the Program Manager and Sales Account Manager in planning, execution, reporting and continuous improvement of the program portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM or related field.
• 5+ years in program/project management, operations, manufacturing, or material handling.
• Strong analytical, planning, scheduling and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with KPI management and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support program demand planning including forecasting, capacity analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Assist Sales in evaluating opportunities, capacity, schedule feasibility and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Develop and analyze schedules, critical paths, risks for leadership decisions and proposals.
• Collect and analyze project performance data to improve planning, costing, contracting and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis of execution data, waste reduction, risk mitigation and corrective actions.
• Handle escalations including RCA, 8D, corrective action planning and closure verification.
• Monitor, analyze and report program KPIs to leadership and customers through reviews.
• Coordinate customer specification management ensuring compliance with standards, costing controls and contracts.
