Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support the USAF at Maxwell AFB. The role oversees BMx FoS contract operations, ensuring alignment with government priorities and mission needs across Agile development, staffing, and governance.

You will work with Release Train Engineer, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and SMEs to sustain modernization and transition planning; requires 10+ years in program management, active Secret clearance, and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in enterprise IT programs.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, management, or related field.
• Experience supporting Agile software sustainment programs.
• PMP, SAFe Agilist, and/or ITIL Foundation certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager with day-to-day execution and coordination of the BMx FoS contract.
• Provide oversight of execution cadence, staffing continuity, and governance across BMx systems.
• Coordinate with Release Train Engineer, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and SMEs to align modernization, sustainment, and migration with Government priorities.
• Assist in risk mitigation, surge response, transition planning, staffing governance, and metrics analysis.
