Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions seeks a Scrum Master to support the USAF at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, AL. The role partners with BMx teams to enable agile delivery on critical logistics and maintenance systems.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with security, modernization, and release governance. Active clearance and DevSecOps experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience supporting enterprise DevSecOps teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Agile execution for BMx product teams.
• Ensure sprint work matches team capacity, sustainment priorities, modernization sequencing, and release governance requirements.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum execution, dependency coordination, blocker resolution, and ART synchronization.
• Track sprint predictability, workload balance, operational issues, Help Desk impacts, and sustainment pressures to help prevent overcommitment and release instability.
• Work with Product Owners, Functional SMEs, DevSecOps engineers, and the RTE to adjust sprint work when critical issues, cybersecurity fixes, migration changes, or operational support needs arise.
