Qualifikationen

• Licensed physician in California as a psychiatrist with 1 year practice and 1 year admin exp.
• Licensed psychologist in California with a psychology doctorate and 3 years clinical exp, 2 admin.
• Licensed clinical social worker with MSW and LCSW and 5 years mental health exp, 2 admin.
• CA-licensed MFT with master's in behavioral science and 5 years mental health exp, 2 admin.
• Nurse with MSN in psychiatric/public health nursing and CA RN license, 5 years mental health exp, 2 admin.
• Master's in hospital/public health/public administration with 3 years hospital admin exp, 2 in mental health.
• Five years progressively responsible admin exp in public behavioral health.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and administer the county Behavioral Health Division and SUD services.
• Develop, recommend, and implement department goals, objectives, and policies.
• Prepare and administer department budgets; control expenditures; oversee grants.
• Administer provider contracts and monitor performance and outcomes.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate staff; ensure training and disciplinary action per personnel rules.
