• Deep expertise in US GAAP and STAT financial reporting and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record leading large-scale finance transformation and post-merger integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Direct US GAAP, STAT, and management reporting across expanding entities with strong internal controls.
• Build and scale a high-performing finance team with clear reporting structures.
• Partner with CFO and executives on financial strategy, capital management, and balance sheet alignment.
• Lead finance modernization initiatives, including ERP upgrades and operating model changes.
• Oversee onboarding and reporting integration of acquired platforms and teams.
