Key duties include managing end-to-end platform implementation projects, supporting customer success, conducting usage monitoring, and providing consultative support to optimize customer experience. Also involved in pre-sales activities such as target account identification, demos, and Proof of Concept support. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including account managers, application scientists, product management, and engineering to drive platform adoption and inform product development.
BSc in life sciences (MSc or PhD preferred), minimum three years' experience in drug discovery-related fields, with expertise in computational chemistry or cheminformatics; experience managing software deployment projects is desirable. High-value specifics: candidate should have a background aligned with pharmaceutical research, ideally with familiarity in cheminformatics, computational chemistry, or related areas. Work setup involves a mix of customer interaction, project management, and internal collaboration, with travel as needed. The role emphasizes customer service, communication, and project coordination within a biotech/pharma research context.
