Pryzm is seeking a Deployment Strategist to embed with federal customers, shaping workflows and operational capabilities within the Pryzm platform. You will partner with engineering and GTM teams to deliver measurable impact in national security contexts.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a customer‑facing role, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to translate complex requirements for diverse audiences. This on‑site role spans Boston, New York, and Washington DC with regular travel.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a high‑impact, customer‑facing role.
• Ability to work with operators and decision‑makers in government or national security environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand workflows and decision processes.
• Design and deploy tailored workflows and analytical tools on the Pryzm platform.
• Translate mission requirements into product configurations and data integrations.
• Build trusted relationships with end users, program managers, and leaders.
• Collaborate with engineering to communicate needs and gaps.
• Drive adoption and expand capabilities within accounts.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and scalable documentation.
• Support business development through demos and capability briefings.
