Job summary

Pryzm is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to work at the boundary of product and customer environments in federal procurement deployments. You will deploy and configure the Pryzm platform in customer environments, write production-quality code, and integrate with government systems and third-party sources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering/forward deployed engineering experience.
• Experience deploying or integrating software in complex environments.
• Fluency with SQL, ETL pipelines, REST APIs, and data handling.
• Strong debugging and full-stack problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-facing experience or mindset is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure the Pryzm platform in customer environments.
• Write production-quality code to extend platform capabilities.
• Integrate Pryzm with third-party data sources and government systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues rapidly in the field.
• Translate operational requirements into clean technical specifications and working software.
• Build tooling and reusable components for faster deployments.
• Partner with product engineering to surface field-discovered issues and feedback.
• Own technical relationships with customer engineers and IT/security leads.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and deployment playbooks.
