Job summary

Gecko Robotics is seeking a Deployment Lead to drive Cantilever deployments for client value. This role sits at product strategy, execution, and strategic accounts, bridging customers and internal teams.

You will own 1–2 high-impact deployments, partner with Product Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure outcomes beyond software. Travel up to 50–75% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategic accounts, consulting, business development, or program delivery.
• Experience managing complex deployments with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to identify high-value problems across unfamiliar industries.
• Strong communication and cross-functional alignment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Structured problem solving with modeling skills.
• Experience with enterprise software organizations.
• Willing to travel 50% or more.
