Job summary

Base Power Company is looking for an Operations Specialist in Austin, Texas to oversee financial and process analysis within the Deployments Warehousing & Logistics team. You will build models, KPIs, and reporting to help optimize cost and efficiency in operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years experience in financial analysis or supply chain, strongly proficient in Excel and SQL, and can effectively track and report key operational metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or operations analytics.
• Strong financial modeling skills including unit economics and cost-benefit analyses.
• Proficiency in SQL to pull and manipulate data.

Responsibilities

• Capture warehousing and logistics key metrics for cost analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance on monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies and present evidence-based recommendations.
